PROPERTIES AND USES: VORAX quickly dissolves carbon and grease from broilers, commercial ovens, fryers, rotisseries and other cooking appliances.

DIRECTIONS: Grills: Before cleaning, preheat the cooking surface to 81°C. Then prepare a solution of equal parts cleanser and water and apply generously with a cloth or brush. Leave the solution to act for 5 to 10 minutes. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Rinse well with potable water and dry. Commercial ovens: Do not dilute. Using an applicator, spread the cleaner directly onto the walls, grills, burners and windows. Leave to act for 5 to 15 minutes. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Rinse well with potable water and dry. Do not apply to chrome. Fryers: Scrape or remove any excess fat. Fill with cold water to about 10 cm (4’’) from the edge. Add 1 part concentrate to 25 to 40 parts water. Boil everything for 30 minutes. Rub off the greasy residue while it is hot. Rinse with warm water. Drain everything and rinse well with drinking water. Dry. Does not leave an odor.
