DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply OPTI-ROUILLE with a cloth, spray, brush or paint roller. Leave on for twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes, then rinse with fresh or salt water. It is best to brush off flaking rust surfaces before application. Dilution: Light cleaning: 10:1. Regular cleaning: 1:1. Strong accumulation: use neat.
